Shadwell Basin
An old DR Climbing Tower which had seen better days underwent a full refurbishment. Following an engineering study the old panels where removed and the tower was resurfaced with a Hybrid GRP Solution, Providing a good mix of bolt on hold placements and features to climb on.
The works also included the development of an easy angled Scramble wall providing the Centre with better accessibility options on the Climbing Tower.
University of Essex
Originally built by Entre-Prises, the University of Essex Old Imprint Wall needed a Facelift to give it modern feel. The original installation was full removed allowing for new system to be installed.
The new installation included extending the slab wall, bigger bouldering wall, and printed logos with the university branding as well as new safety surface, holds, Volumes and Auto belays
